Dashia’s Skin-Boosting Strawberry and Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:

1/2 cup strawberries (rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C)

1 banana (packed with potassium and promotes hydration)

1/2 cup almond milk (light and soothing)

1 tbsp chia seeds (for healthy fats and hydration)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (supports skin health with probiotics)
Instructions:
